Shiatsu and Personal Training
$95 for an hour session + tax
($103.58 with sales tax)
- $30 for 15 minutes + tax
- $50 for 30 minutes + tax
- $120 for 75 minutes + tax
- $140 for 90 minutes + tax
Add 9.03% sales tax (unless you have a Doctors note for exemption)
Payment of Check or Cash is due at time of service. Prepaid discount packages are available under our Relaxation Club. All packages and gift certificates have expiration dates.
I will give two weeks notice of any changes in services or fees.
I require 24 hours cancellation notice on all sessions or full payment. Your appointment time is reserved for you and cannot be refilled on short notice. Thanks for your consideration!
Sky Blue Shiatsu Relaxation Club
- 4 sessions for $370 + tax = $403.41 save $10 – 6 months to use
- 6 sessions for $550 + tax = $599.67 save $20 – 8 months to use
- 8 sessions for $720 + tax = $785.02 save $40 – 12 months to use
All packages and gift certificates have expiration dates. If there is a request for refund on an unused package it will be prorated at the current full session price for used sessions, with any remaining unused amount being refunded. There are no refunds on gift certificates.
