Qi Gong and Tai Chi  (with Jill) are also based on TCM, and are both system of movements and breathwork to build and move energy. It can be a personal practice or shared with others through healing techniques. I have practiced internal energy practices for over twenty years and can get you started with a mini-Tai chi set called ‘Five Element Tai Chi’ or a simple Qi Gong practice.
